As Managing Partner, and Co-Owner of Stay & Play Clearwater Beach, Andrew Beltz combines hospitality and adventure, maximizing Florida’s vacation potential for locals and visitors alike. Together with his brother Bobby, Andrew has developed several successful business ventures, including Pier 60 Parasail, 1000 Palms Vacation Rentals and Idle Speed Watersports —to provide an unmatched balance of relaxation and adventure.
Andrew’s expertise spans multiple oceanfront regions in Florida, backed by over 15 years of experience in Hospitality Management, as well as a successful venture into commercial real estate brokerage. This combination provides him with a unique understanding of customer needs and satisfaction, enhancing his entrepreneurial portfolio.
Andrew continues to pursue his vision for Stay & Play Clearwater, ensuring client satisfaction by creating unique, memorable, and fun vacation experiences for every visitor.
Bobby Roberts

Bobby Roberts, hailing from the quaint town of Riota, Spain, found his true calling amidst the sun-soaked shores of Dunedin, Florida. With over two decades of experience, he’s navigated the waters of the leisure industry with expertise and finesse. Specializing in adrenaline-pumping activities like parasailing and jet ski rentals, Bobby has carved out a niche for himself as a pioneer in water sports.
His journey to success hasn’t been without its challenges, but Bobby’s unwavering determination and entrepreneurial spirit have seen him through. With several flourishing business ventures under his belt, he’s proven himself to be not only a master of the waves but also a savvy businessman.
Beyond the beach, Bobby treasures his family above all else. Balancing the demands of his career with the joys of fatherhood, he finds fulfillment in both his professional achievements and personal relationships.
