Rental Policies

Our condo is perfectly suited for couples and small families, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a full-size sofa bed in the living room. If you’ll be vacationing with an infant, we also have a crib available upon request.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM or earlier
Self-check-in with keypad
Pets allowed (max of two (2) and limited to 75lbs total)
No smoking allowed except in designated areas
Luggage dropoff available for guests with early arrival or late departure
No parties or events
Cancellations must be within 48 hours for a full refund
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
Minimum age of primary renter: 21 years old
